A revised, slimmed down design based on a chopper classic. Old dual headlight mount brackets tend to be quite larger than necessary, so we designed this to be a tidy, bolt-on solution.

This bracket has proper clearance to mount two 4-1/2 inch diameter bottom-mount motorcycle headlights. It is properly sized to tuck the smaller headlights close while allowing proper clearance for mounting. This heavy-duty headlight bracket is made out of 3/16 inch thick stainless steel with a tumbled finish.

Leave as-is, give a quick polish to make it shine, or paint or powder-coat as desired. It has the proper spacing to fit a variety of motorcycles that have pinch bolts on the lower triple tree. This bracket fits Harley-Davidson 39mm narrow glide front ends, including the 33.4mm and 35mm styles as found on Ironhead Sportsters and early FX models. It also is a perfect fit on many Triumph front ends (including unit Triumph 1970 and earlier, as well as many pre units) and BSA motorcycles.

This headlight bracket will likely fit many other makes and models than those listed above. To verify proper fitment on your bike, simply measure the center-to-center dimension of the pinch bolts on your lower tree. Using 3/8" bolts, this headlight bracket works with a minimum spacing of 4.685" and a max of 5.015". The slots are sized so that they are completely covered with a standard 3/8 inch washer, keeping the final look very clean. The headlight mounting holes are 3/8 inch, standard for most headlights, though there is plenty of material to drill it out to 1/2 inch if needed.
