This has to be one of the cleanest license plate mounting solutions we have seen for a Sportster. This mounts off the primary using the stock hardware. Just install the steel bracket (applying loctite to the bolts when re-installing) then attach the aluminum license plate bracket, either Vertical or Horizontal, with the supplied hardware.
