These top clamps are required when you install handlebar risers directly to your Springer fork legs. The are made like the stock handlebar center piece and thus will maintain a factory appearance. These will fit OEM springers as well as Mid-USA springers. The center to center for the outside holes is 4 3/4" Black powder coated steel, made in Europe.
